How Does It All Work?Â

Pay & Book
Once you have decided on your project and we have an understanding of the length of time (number of days needed), you will receive an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot. You will receive a welcome package with a link to book your Intensive(s) based on my booking calendar. Choose days that you will be virtually available throughout the day.Â

Strategy
During this call, we build out your strategy! Plus I go through the documents that you will fill out in order to ensure I have everything I need to complete your project. The purpose of this call is ensure that we are building something that is true to you and true to your audience needs.Â

Compile
This step is all up to you!
This is where you take the questionnaire that I've sent you and compile all of the information and assets that I need in order to complete your project.
This includes your branding information, your copy, and your images. And of course, your directions.

Kick-Off Call
This is a half hour call that we have after I have received your completed questionnaire. This call takes place just a few days before your booked day(s).Â
The purpose is to ensure that I have everything I need and that everything you've sent me is clear. You can ask any questions you have and for you to give me any further instructions.

Intensive(s)
This is the day (or days) in which the magic happens!
I turn off all of my notifications (except for Voxer or FB messenger, whatever you and I have agreed we will use to keep in touch), I put on my favourite playlist, I make sure I have snacks and water, and I focus 100% on your project!

Follow Up
For the next 14 days I am available by email for you to ask me any questions about your project. I might respond in writing, or through a short video so I can explain by showing you things right in your Kajabi account.
If you realize you have further work you'd like done, we can always book an extra half or full day to get those done.
