What's included?

A 60 minute onboarding and strategy session to help you determine the right path forward for YOU (not the way the experts tell you you should go, but what works for you, your goals, your audience, and your values)
A series of questionnaires that will allow you to get all of the content and information that is required in order for your project to be a success. The questionnaire will ask you everything from your branding details (hex codes, font preferences, etc.), places for you to download your logo, images, etc., and forms for you to send me your copy.
A pre-VIP Day kick-off call to ensure that I've got everything I need and that I understand your vision
On the day of your VIP Day, you don't need to be with me on Zoom while I work, but I do need to be able to reach you to ask any clarifying questions
Video walk-throughs and tutorials to help you make updates to your Kajabi pages
14 days of follow up support where you can ask me questions about your project

How Does a VIP Day Work?

Pay & Book

Once you have decided on your project and we have an understanding of the length of time (number of days needed), you will receive an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot. You will receive a welcome package with a link to book your VIP Day(s) based on my VIP Day booking calendar. Choose days that you will be virtually available throughout the day.

Onboarding

During this call, we build out your strategy! Plus I go through the documents that you will fill out in order to ensure I have everything I need to complete your project. The purpose of this call is ensure that we are building something that is true to you and true to your audience needs.

Compile

This step is all up to you!

This is where you take the questionnaire that I've sent you and compile all of the information and assets that I need in order to complete your project.

This includes your branding information, your copy, and your images. And of course, your directions.

Kick-Off Call

This is a half hour call that we have after I have received your completed questionnaire. This call takes place just a few days before your VIP Day.

The purpose is to ensure that I have everything I need and that everything you've sent me is clear. You can ask any questions you have and for you to give me any further instructions.

VIP Day(s)

This is the day (or days) in which the magic happens!

I turn off all of my notifications (except for Voxer or FB messenger, whatever you and I have agreed we will use to keep in touch), I put on my favourite playlist, I make sure I have snacks and water, and I focus 100% on your project!

Follow Up

For the next 14 days I am available by email for you to ask me any questions about your project. I might respond in writing, or through a short video so I can explain by showing you things right in your Kajabi account.

If you realize you have further work you'd like done, we can always book an extra half or full day to get those done.

Please Note:

I will devote up to 7.5 hours per VIP Day on your quiz or Kajabi project, as well as both a 60 minute strategy call and a 30 minute kick-off call before the VIP day, and 14 days of post-VIP day email support.

Remember that you're my booking time and expertise. I will give you my best estimate of how long your project will take based on my experience, but different factors, like the amount of content, how prepared your content is for me, any revisions that need to be made, etc. will affect the total time your project takes.
