I know what it feels like to struggle with running a business that looks successful on the outside but feels like a dumpster fire on the inside.

Only a couple of years ago I was right where you are.

Just like you, I wanted to be a successful entrepreneur.

In fact, I WAS a successful entrepreneur, at least in everyone else's eyes.

Yet, I found myself chained to the backend, duct-taping broken systems, and micromanaging every project just to keep the wheels from falling off.

So I tore it down, rebuilt the foundation, and claimed the role of actual CEO instead of chief firefighter. Now that’s what I do for my clients - step in as their OBM to own the backend, the team, and the systems, so they can stop being the bottleneck and finally lead their business.

I believe success should be built on your terms, not at the expense of your time, sanity, or freedom.

My goal is simple: to help established entrepreneurs step out of the weeds, run businesses that actually support the lives they want, and scale without burning out.

Why I do it

I spent the first half of my adult life chasing what everyone else thought “success” should look like - and ended up burned out and unfulfilled.

When I finally stripped it all back, I realized the truth: no one starts a business hoping for more stress, less freedom, and constant firefighting.

My Business Ethos

MY work is rooted in equity, inclusion, and justice. I believe that business is never neutral; it’s either reinforcing harmful systems or helping to dismantle them. I choose the latter.

I am anti-racist, anti-colonial, pro-LGBTQ+, and feminist. I believe in gender equity and dismantling patriarchal systems. I celebrate all bodies and reject toxic beauty standards. I value neurodiversity and different ways of thinking, and I aim to create spaces and experiences that are accessible to all.

I acknowledge that as an able-bodied, white, cisgender woman born and raised in Canada, I hold privilege. I have directly benefited from white supremacy and the colonization of Turtle Island. Recognizing this privilege is not the end, it is a call to constant listening, learning, and taking action wherever possible.

In business, I am committed to integrity, transparency, and ethical entrepreneurship. That means no predatory practices, no bro-marketing, and no manipulation - ever. I believe in honesty, sustainability, and making decisions with both people and the planet in mind.

This ethos is not a box checked, it’s a living practice. I know I won’t always get it perfect, but I commit to showing up with humility, accountability, and courage.

Fun Facts

I've been an entrepreneur for more than 20 years.

My happy place is the forest. I have a degree in Botany and Environmental Studies.

I used to be an officiant (to be blunt, I married 'em and buried 'em).

I am a dog lover (Olive is my Boston Terrier pup).

I spent 4 years as a tour guide in the Canadian Rockies (and yes, I'm Canadian).
